"the hotel itself was great, staff were very helpful. They could do with installing double glazing in the building however, as it got quite noisy early in the morning given how close traffic / heavy lorries pass to the hotel. We were in the top floor, but were still woken up by it early doors!"

"What a stunning holiday home Star Cottage is. Beautiful decor, great location for walking into Whitstable which we absolutely loved. The attention to detail of Star Cottage was superb. Everything had been thought of. Gorgeous soft furnishings, the spacious rooms worked perfectly for 2 couples and 2 small dogs. Highly recommend a stay here, you will not be disappointed."

The spacious house is very well equiped and thought out, the toys and books were a hit with the grandchildren and made life easier. The house is very well located, near to shops, eateries and the beach. We were sad to leave this beautiful house and all hope to return."
