"Absolutely beautiful place to stay. My first time in Scotland and this hotel felt like a home. The staff were some of the most friendly I have encountered on my travels. The views outside were to die for. I did come during a heat wave and my room did not have a/c. I will say though it added to the pathetic of a very old school hotel which I did think was fun. Overall I will be staying here each time I visit Dundee. "

"This is a lovely hotel. I was made welcome and parking was fine (which can be important). I was given a double room even though I had booked a single, which was a nice touch. Walkable to the centre and lots to see. I visited the Discovery centre and Verdant works. Ran out of time for the V & A museum. I was pleasantly surprised with Dundee and would go back."
