A car is recommended and there is ample street parking, although we are on main bus line if required.
From the street area, there is a pathway that leads down to the front entry. There are a couple of steps onto a patio and into the house, but otherwise the house is all on one level.
Access to the external laundry area is down another ramp and a couple of steps.
Enter into the character-filled hallway to immediately find 2 bedrooms on either side. The larger of these bedrooms can be set up with either 2x Single beds, or 1x king bed. Ahead and around the corner is access to a third bedroom and family bathroom. At the end of the hall is the large open plan living / kitchen area, with a small dining table and additional breakfast bar. A laundry area is located under the property which van be accessed from outside.
A heat pump heats the living area, with an additional heater in each of the 2 front bedrooms. We also provide hot water bottles for each bed.
