"The hotel is an older hotel the room had some updates. However the cleanliness of the room was horrible. The floors were not swept at all. Food crumbs and other small trash was all over the floor. There was a small broom and dust pan in the room. We Sept the main walking areas and it was horrible the amount of stuff on the floor. We then took a wet bath math and ran it over the floor. It turned the white mat black. The kitchen stuff was sort of clean but we washed everything to be sure. All this and we had to wait 3 hours past check in to even get into the room. "

"I loved our room perfect for the timing of our stay. The staff was very welcoming and informative and attentive to our needs and questions. Breakfast was nice, loved the views and openness in the dining area. A little lack in favors and some items weren’t as favorable for kids. Overall enjoyed our breakfast experience. The pool area was great, certainly one of our favorite experiences at the property. Unfortunate that the seating areas were taken during the earlier part of the day. The DJ experience was nice and suitable for the kids/family. Certainly coming back for our next vacation. "
