The home was as advertised. It was in a beautiful neighborhood. It was located near a historic Abbey and large, beautiful park. It had easy access to the bus into Edinburgh. The owners were easy to contact, and check-in was a breeze.
Relaxing getaway in a quiet and friendly neighborhood
We spent most of our exploring Edinburgh but the location made it easy for us to take day trips around Scotland. We didn't rent a vehicle, so the ease of using public transit from this location was important to the enjoyment of our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The rental was perfect size for 5 adults! It was clean and so comfortable. I would highly recommend this VRBO rental!
As travellers from Australia the home-stay was perfectly situated around us getting a feel for a real neighbourhood in suburban Edinburgh. The home provided for all our physical needs. It's closeness to regular buses provided easy access to Edinburgh and Dumfermline City. We appreciated the extra homely resources that were also provided.
We could not have asked for a better host, a better house or a better location. From the beginning communications was wonderful. The house was well appointed. We were not needing anything. If we come to come back I we would try to stay there again. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your house.
The house was exactly as presented in the pictures / description. Check in was super easy and communication with owner / company easy. They provide info of the surrounding area and shops / delivery services to use (if needed). We asked for Garden furniture and they provided it promptly; could not ask for anything more.
