"Found this hotel very welcoming , lovely friendly staff, comfortable room, lovely buffet breakfast, great location right next to lime street station so you can expect a little noise, would certainly book again "

"Did not let you check-in until dead on 3pm. This resulted in a huge queue at reception and self service kiosks did not work. Actually felt really sorry for the reception staff who were under a lot of pressure."

"My stay at Abode was relaxing as always. All the staff are always polite, helpful and happy to see you. The hotel provides all you need for a short stay and has an amazing location right by the racecourse. The only slight downside is that the hotel is now starting to show signs of understandable wear and tear which can detract from the experience. The beds are very comfy and rooms are always clean."
