Great venue, lovely room, curteous team and the food was great. The cheeseboard was expensive, but otherwise the value was really good. All in all, this venue has earned a really strong recommendation, and I'll certainly look to revisit when next in the area.

Hope Street Hotel is a lovely centrally located hotel. Perfect for a couple of days stay. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The staff was friendly and there are two restaurants associated with it.

Everyone was really professional, helpful and friendly. Our room and bathroom were very spacious comfortable and spotlessly clean. The tea and coffee selection were very good as were the bathoom products. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to Liverpool.

The delightful staff made me know i was back in Liverpool. They were so friendly snd helpful.We have stayed here before but not since the downstairs areas have been opened up .It looks very good. Lovely boutique Hotel in the cultural heart of liv

Boutique hotel based in the heart of the Toxteth Riviera. Surrounded by great restaurants and pubs plus the Liverpool Phil and Everyman and you are set up for a great weekend. Staff at the Hotel were excellent . Fab breakfast and a lovely lunch plus a great spa and facial and we had a truly indulgent overnight stay. Will book again but ask for a room away from the front of the hotel looking out onto Hope Street to ensure a good nights sleep

was disappointed with my stay at Hope Street Hotel and felt it was poor value for money. The pool was a hidden extra and not made clear at the time of booking. Access to the spa was a key reason for choosing this hotel, so discovering it wasn’t included felt misleading and left a bad taste. The room itself was tired and in need of a refresh. While there was a genuinely nice view over the city, it didn’t make up for the worn feel of the room overall. Parking was also inconvenient. The car park is too far away to be practical, especially given the price point of the hotel.

Great property! Very well maintained, excellent staff! Great breakfast. Charges for use of the pool are not justified. Appreciate the “spa” Experience is upmarket, but decouple pool use from the spa.
