"The room was comfortable but there were a few stray hairs in the bathroom so that could have been cleaner and it didn’t seem like the carpet had been hoovered as it felt ‘bitty’ underfoot. The hot breakfast was nice but there weren’t many fruit or pastry options. The staff were friendly. "

"While the hotel is nice and the staff is great 4pm check with 11am check out is borderline unacceptable. I understand that maybe this is because of understaffing in à hotel so large and not enough time to prep the rooms. But not being able to check in before 4pm feels like a rip off. "

We got it real cheap and it was OK for what we paid. It was just to sleep, after a London concert and saved me driving home. Did the job. Nothing luxury but good"
