"The location is wonderful, not far from Lerwick in a very quiet spot. Ali gave us very clear instructions and photos of what to look out for as we turned off for South Whiteness and we found it ok. The chalet itself has all the amenities you could wish for. A bathroom with a shower over a bath gives you a choice after a long walk. The kitchen had a kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven/grill & hob and a fridge freezer - evrything you could need. There was also a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. It was very clean and comfortable."

"We were super happy with the apartment. James and Mandy sent us all the info we needed well in advance, so no issues with checking in. The rooms are great, and it's actually a very spacious apartment! Perfect place to relax for the night. Beds were comfortable and everything you need to make a coffee, tea, or small meal is in the kitchen. On top of that, the location is fabulous! Walking distance to the main streets of Lerwick. We rented a car to explore beyond town. We'd definitely rent again."

Building is tired double glazed units blown etc but really enjoyed my stay. Food excellent loads and nice and hot. Free breakfast not mentioned so very grateful. Be warned croissants dissapeard quickly."

"Perfect location for my trip -- centrally located for day trips in every direction. Yet close to town, and Tesco. With a beautiful view of the water! I had my own car, but the bus to town went by out front. The kitchen is well appointed. The recliner for watching TV suited me well. Plenty of hot water in the kitchen and bath. I'll return as soon as I can."
