This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one twin, together with a bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with open fire. Outside there's roadside parking and a yard with furniture. Kirkgate Cottage is a charming holiday home with plenty of attractions and places to visit in the area, including around the Scottish Borders and Northumberland. This property has a 3 night minimum stay. Please note: 1st March – 31st October: Weekly bookings only (Saturday–Saturday).

The village of Chirnside occupies an elevated position overlooking the River Whiteadder and offers stunning views across the magnificent Cheviot and Lammermuir Hills. A number of interesting landmarks depict the village's long history, including a 16th Century dovecot and a beautiful parish church, believed to date back to the 12th century.
