"Clean comfortable room although basic. We were up in the eaves so had to sit in the bath to shower which wouldn’t work for a tall person! However the food was absolutely amazing and really good value. Would definitely recommend."

"The position of the property is ideal. Unfortunately the property does not meet expectations, no housekeeping, basic breakfast and strange taste to the water in the room we were in. Although staff tried to rectify the water issue to no avail."

"The parent in laws stayed and said it was a lovely large place and the host was lovely but although booked though here it went through Sykes cottage and no response from them when messaging. Mother in law offered recommendations to host of fresh eggs would be nice and a welcome pack but said they had been left a sponge cake which was a nice touch but only one toilet roll. And although it was very much out of the way they said it was lovely and they would go back."
