After an hour texting with a customer service rep from Hotels.com, he was finally able to get a substitute king suite room."

"Trying to park at the hotel was challenging, however once we found the parking garage across the street we were good. We had an amazing view on the 63rd floor. My only complaint was the shower smelled like mildew and the lack of hooks for towels to hang... Staff was great"
