"The room was nice. I ended up in the twin bedroom, the ladies at the front were very nice and we’re very helpful on even getting on tours that I had booked through Expedia. was a good location for some tours in town of Hue. Eat breakfast at the hotel as well every morning and was simple but good and was made to order."

"Huyen was a delight to be around she was very helpful. Place is in a great area. Close but not too loud."

"The staff was friendly and welcoming when we first arrived, which we appreciated. However, the rooms were very small, and there is no elevator. Carrying our luggage up six flights of stairs was extremely difficult and should have been mentioned in advance. Overall, the stay was less comfortable than we expected."

"Great stay, lovely staff who looked after us and fixing one issue with the toilet quickly. Great location"
