Pet-friendly. 7 minutes to downtown Durango, 5 minutes to Durango Hot Springs, 10 minutes to Animas River rafting. In winter, the property sits 20 minutes from Purgatory Resort. Renter Agreement must be signed within 48 hours after booking. For last-minute reservations, agrmnt must be signed before check-in info will be sent.
