"Clean, staff and location was great. Didn't like that I had to pay $25 to park each night."

"I booked a king bed. When we arrived got 2 queen beds. I called front desk first told me I didn't, and then put us in the room I booked. After 20 minutes of the air not working went to front desk and they said going to send someone up. After another 15 minutes moved us to another room with 2 queen beds. I will not stay here ever again."

To add to my discontentment the host didn't take accountability for my legitimate concerns/complaints, in which primary was the result of poor housekeeping. We had to clean animal hair as well as fragile household items/equipment. I/we wouldn't wish the unsatisfactory experience we had in the residence on no one."

"We loved everything about this house! The location was great, you could easily walk to Downtown Durham in minutes. The house was very clean and cleaning supplies were available if you needed to clean up a spill or vacuum a mess, which isn’t always the case in rental homes. Loved having a quick, working washer and dryer. Note there is a fire house behind the house, so you will occasionally hear fire truck sirens leaving the station. Other than that it was a peaceful, relaxing stay. "
