The rooms are spacious and the location is great in downtown Durham. Easy walk to Duke east. Several good restaurants and ice cream are just a block away. There's a charge for parking here. Breakfast was tasty. I would stay here again.

Overall it was a decent and very nice review 54 stars because the hotel was so clean and nice. Vincent Jackson room 322.hotel, the breakfast was very good and everyone was pleasant and friendly; however, I found the mattress in my room to be hard and uncomfortable, after talking to staff they put a softer cover on the bed that helped some but that wasn't until the last night of a 3 night stay.theere was no hot water in my room for the entire stay,I had to revert back to my old military days and wash accordingly. I let the hotel receptionist know of this many times but nothing was ever done about it. Iwas surprised because I never experienced this ever at a residence inn anywhere before. I was not offered any room rate reduction or compensation, I found this to be a bit strange. I still give a 4 star re irw

I had a great stay overall. The service was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. They really made the experience enjoyable. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. The only area that could use improvement is the breakfast. The selection was very basic, mostly eggs and pork options, with limited healthier choices available. The fruit also did not seem very fresh. I think revamping the breakfast menu with fresher ingredients and more healthy variety would make the stay even better. Despite that, I would still recommend this hotel because the customer service was outstanding.
