"The room was clean but could of been a little bigger"

"Let me start off by saying that I first came during Christmas and New Years of 2024 and it was solely because of my experience with interacting with Diahema or Dlahema. The lady at the front desk was super sweet, friendly and very inviting. Being introduced to the hotel from her made me want to come back a second time. While there was a $200 difference from the 1st visit to the 2nd, it still like it was worth. There was a small issue I had with a questionable bedspread on my bed that got corrected immediately. For the price of the room, I would think that a stained bedspread would be the last thing I'd think to have to complain about but again, swift response and still pleasant interactions. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"The staff was welcoming and friendly. The clerk noticed that I had booked a handicap room, which I was unaware of, and upgraded me to a regular room without a problem. This location is excellent as it is right off the interstate, and easy access to shops nearby."

"Room service was great made sure we had everything we needed daily. Front desk very helpful. Was quiet until last night party on 2nd floor people running up and down hallway child kicked our door very hard around 2am. I believe mother worked for hotel and had family party out of control my husband got up and went out they quieted down after that.Overall the place was great though."

"Liked having and using pool. didn't realize there would be a swimming lesson going on at same time. As this was a quick stop over on our way to Bar Harbor, it fit our needs. Since the room was on the street side it was a bit noisy even with fan running all the time. The room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the breakfast which was included. "
