"Worst experience I have had in 40 years of traveling…beds was hard, rooms small…waiting to check in for 30 mins while staff talked on the phones. 1000 check which is earlier than normal. They did have good toast for breakfast. Would never recommend to anyone and many better hotels for same price or less"

"Not Five star for us. The building air conditioning was off for service all four days, our room bedding, glasses and cutlery weren’t changed even when we requested, and our door deadbolt lock was broken."

The spa facilities were a huge highlight for us. The different pools, including the lavender and ginseng options, were incredibly soothing and well-maintained. It really felt like a full wellness experience rather than just a hotel stay. The rooms were comfortable, stylish, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The staff was also friendly and accommodating, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Overall, this was easily one of our favorite stays, and we would definitely come back again. "Booked it for an overnight transit. It had everything we needed for the night. The surrounding area had lots of restaurants and the hotel was close to the subway station. Breakfast was good too."

"Our experience at this hotel was mediocre at best, it was very hot in the room and couldnt activate the (not so) air conditioner without being inside the room. the women at the front desk was friendly, but it was misleading at the pool was only available to higher paying customers, as the only access was through their rooms. we ended up leaving as it wasnt comfortable for us to stay, we payed for the night and the cancelation fee, but wasnt given a refund for the other days. It was also overall creepy. "
