Tolle Unterkunft. Wir waren nur eine Nacht da und konnten schon früh auf unser Zimmer. Alles ordentlich und sauber. Schön, dass alle Getränke in der Minibar gratis waren. Super Frühstück.

Das Hotel ist nicht grottenschlecht, aber eben auch nicht super. Es gibt gute Kleinigkeiten (wie der Late Check Out bis 14 Uhr am Wochenende oder die kleine, kostenlose „Mini Bar“) und viele nicht ganz so gute. Ein NoGo ist jedoch, wenn man nachts nicht mehr in sein Zimmer kommt. Zumal die dann angebotene Lösung (Anruf, um sich eine Ersatzkarte aus einem Tresor zu holen) nicht optimal ist. Ich jedenfalls musste 5x anrufen bis jemand abgehoben und mir alles erklärt hat.

Hotel liegt an einer Haupt-Straße. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einige Renovierungen notwendig. Sauberkeit im Detail noch nicht optimal.(Gardinen wurden offensichtlich schon mindestens 1 Jahr nicht gewaschen) Frühstück ist guter Standard

Kein einchecken schwierig vor 15 uhr. Erst nach mehrmaligem betteln um 13 uhr möglich. Keine Glückwünsche für das Brautpaar! Kein willkommen keine Möglichkeit später zu Frühstücken oder Frühstück auf dem Zimmer! Kein shampoo im Bad nur Duschseife. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Ich hätte für den Preis mehr erwartet und für dieses Hotel mehr service! Nach e-mail an den Hotelmanager kam leider keine Antwort .Anscheinend kein Interesse an beschwerden. Lg P. G.

Gute Unterkunft mit bequemen Betten, reichhaltiges Frühstück, Sauna Bereich supi, Parkplatz auf Straße gefunden und kostenfrei. Für Rollstuhlfahrer war unser Zimmer nicht geeignet, da kein Aufzug vorhanden. Für uns aber nicht wichtig. Nähe zu Düsseldorf war super. Vielen Dank

Soweit war es sauber in den Zimmern und das Persoal freundlich. Das Buffet hat eine gute Auswahl. Allerdings sind die Abstellmöglichkeiten im Bad sehr schlecht und die Beleuchtung für uns Frauen zum schminken viel zu dunkel. vieleicht lässt sich da was ändern.

kleines aber voll ausreichendes Zimmer, mega Fernseher, sehr gutes Bett, kostenlose (!!!) Minibar (für die 1. Nacht), schnelles Internet (Streaming möglich). Abzug für teures Parken und schlampige WC-Reinigung.

Hotel hat sehr bequeme Betten und die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Allerdings muffelt es in den Zimmern ziemlich stark. Was der Grund dafür ist kann ich nicht beurteilen aber vermutlich die alten Rohre im Gebäude. Auch feiern die anderen Gäste bis tief in die Nacht auf den Zimmern und Fluren. Da ja das Hotel ab 23 Uhr nicht mehr besetzt ist, schaut auch danach keiner mehr.
