Hotel Kö59 Düsseldorf - Member of Hommage Luxury Hotels Collection

10/10 Excellent
"This property was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The room was superb with amenities and features that were awesome to use such as the bath and rain head shower. The staff also supplied a new bottle of water each morning which was great touch. The hotel itself is wonderful with an easy layout and great facilities throughout. The hotel is attached to a high end gym which is able to be used, with a gym area, pool sauna and steam room that are well worth the visit. The bar on site is excellent with a vast array of options to drink from. The staff are friendly and approachable and able to understand any request that came up. The hotels location is also excellent with access to downtown Düsseldorf with less than a 10 minute walk and a similar walk to the subway which takes you to the airport. I would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel as it’s a memorable experience."

"The most professional, kind, welcoming and helpful front desk staff I had over three week stay in Europe. We stayed in several hotels and met many customer service people . No where was as amazing as this hotel’s staff - very helpful, didn’t seem cranky about having to speak in English, and very accommodating."
