I didnt expect her to talk to me this way. Few moments later, another lady helped me to check out, i think she was the manager and it went very smoothly. "

"Very clean hotel, and well located in quiet street behind the main station. Room was large and comfortable if a little dated from 90s but the bathroom and shower were brand new and excellent. Great power shower with lots of hot water! Breakfast buffet was plentiful and good choices-food was tasty and well presented. Staff were friendly especially AppleJay at Reception who bent over backwards to make us welcome at check-in. "
