"The staff is friendly. The location is just around the harbour and easy walking distance to promenade and Rhine tower. I would have liked more if the lounge view sky restaurant also had a restaurant section overlooking the harbour/ river. Unfortunately the restaurant section only has city view, so if you wanted to enjoy an evening with harbour view then you would have to opt for drinking options as that section is different than the restaurant section."

"Really lovely people and a good breakfast but the hotel could do with some love. The iron leaked, the Wifi was slow, the TV signal was weak and the shower didn't drain very well. Having said that its a good location with nice bars and restaurants nearby"

"The term you pay is what you get genuinely fit this hotel! Struggled to check in after 9:30 beds and pillows uncomfortable. Breakfast basic. Most hotels where booked so process of illumination ended up here! "
