Wander out onto the sundeck that surrounds the home, enjoy outdoor dining on the warm summer evenings, fire up the BBQ, pour a cold drink and bask in those iconic Akaroa views of the harbour.

In winter, snuggle up in front of the fireplace admiring the views out the sliding door or using the smart TV log on to your own Netflix account and settle in for the evening.
