"The house is very dated, the beds were uncomfortable, the rubbish bins outside were overflowing. The listing states a hot tub and the photos show that that’s what drew us to book but upon arrival there wasn’t one ! The staff on the phone were rude when they called to complain about our parking, we wasn’t even in at the time. They didn’t even ask if everything was ok with the stay. Would I recommend it no !"

"This was a 3 night short stay for 4 family members.The apartment was as described — very clean & comfortable & spacious.The only drawbacks I would say are the need for transport to access any shopping needs & the stairs! I should have given this particular issue more thought as 2 of us were in our 60’s & climbing to get to the apartment was a real problem for us.Be prepared— you need to be fit & younger than us."

Close to all the local amenities Tesco local about 50 meters away, as is 3 x take aways, oh and the local pub The Benllech which serves a great pint and very nice food. "The only comment is the TV in the room wasn't easy to use , having to score through many channels trying each one to see what programme was available. If the remote can be set to show programme guide instead of station guide that would be helpful. We gave up !! Also the bar menu was adequate , however we went into the restaurant side to experience the dining offer in there only to be told it was the same limited menu as the bar, that was disappointing"
