"This is a fabulous little hotel and we were delighted with our three night stay. James and Amy are wonderful hosts who put their heart and soul into their place and nothing is too much trouble. Our room had plenty of space and the bed was very comfortable. The common areas were lovely, and the breakfast was great. An easy 20 to 30 minute stroll to town, or short drive, so a great base for all that this region has to offer."

"What a lovely experience. The room was spacious and had room to sit and enjoy a drink. The communal lounge was a beautiful space, with an honesty bar, and we were invited to use the fridge to store our own drinks if required. There is no meal service outside of breakfast, but the local area has several options. Breakfast was pre-ordered the night before, and was freshly cooked. Staff were friendly and attentive. This was a really enjoyable stopover. "

"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful, creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere throughout my stay. Every member of the team I encountered was approachable and attentive, making it clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here. The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable — a perfect space to unwind after a long day. The bed was cozy, the bathroom spotless, and all the facilities were in good working order. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared and tidy, which made for a restful night’s sleep. I also had a chance to try the food in the bar, and it exceeded expectations. The menu was varied, and everything I ordered was tasty and well-presented. It’s always a bonus when hotel dining is genuinely enjoyable rather than just convenient, and in this case, it really was. Breakfast the next morning was another highlight, with a wide selection of options available, including well-prepared vegetarian choices.
