"Hotel was okay, nothing special. Staff were pretty cold, and werent overly engaging. Bed's were okay, the bathroom in the room needed some cosmetic attetion, and there was a weird stain on the carpet. Limited parking availability made it difficult if you were arriving back at the hotel any later than 7pm. "

"Staff were polite, breakfast good, bar price reasonable and spotlessly clean. Hotel seemed quiet but parking was overflowing with cars parked in random places, I assume people parking here and flying from airport. We were lucky to get a space. There were other cars parked on road outside with several parking tickets. Hotel was good but parking would put me off using it again."

"We used a family room for a night due to an early flight the following day. The room was very large, clean, great beds and linen with good facilities. We also had a free shuttle bus service to the terminal. The only thing to make it even better would be somewhere to put cases on - the room was plenty big enough! All in all fantastic value for money! Would absolutely stay here again."

"I phoned to check it was non smoking and pet free rooms and told no smoking no pets as my grand daughter has life threatening allergies. Was told all non smoking and pet free to find that not only are dogs allowed in rooms but also the restaurant ! Thankfully got her medication to her in time but thus was extremely disappointing and worrying "

"The booking was cancelled by the hotel as it was being closed to the public because they were taking in Ukranian refugees. Money is to be refunded in 10 to 14 days which is unacceptable as a replacement booking cost me over £20 more for the dame period. I will not be using Best Western Hotels again."
