"We had a really enjoyable stay. Anna was fantastic! She accommodated us with an early check in, was available via WhatsApp, and provided us with anything we needed. The room was very clean and had tons of storage. Our room overlooked the river, and we were able to walk easily to stores and restaurants in the area. We would definitely return to this hotel the next time we visit!"

"The hotel is conveniently located than one of the nicest parts of the city. The rooms are what you would expect from the Hilton Garden hotel anywhere in the world and is well maintained and easy to navigate. Breakfast was sufficient and plentiful and the staff was always helpful."

"Check-in was frustrating this time, because they clearly were not expecting us. English comprehension was very poor. I told her that I had reserved two rooms over a week before, but she insisted that I had no reservation. So I looked up my prepaid reservation on my phone and showed it to her. Even though she had heard and seen my name several times, she kept on looking through other reservations and asking if that was my name. After a very long wait, she finally found it. No way to welcome exhausted travelers at midnight. A pathetic excuse for a breakfast buffet as well. Rooms good."
