"Booked this hotel for 1 night guven the giid reviews however couldnt have been more disappointed. Arrived late and the receptionist did not even greet us. The room was very small, no aircon, no water, no fridge, no kettle yet they charge premium prices. Went to use the shower and the shower head fell off. Also had bugs on bed. The place needs a better upkeep. Breakfast is only serviced between 10am and 12 noon. Went down for a coffee at 9.59 and the boy told me to get out as they were not open....

"We had an amazing stay at Motives in Dilijan. The atmosphere is serene, the villas are cozy and stylish, and the food was fresh and delicious. The staff made us feel truly cared for. A perfect retreat in nature — highly recommended!"
