"Check in was easy and great. The hotel was nice, clean and smelled wonderful throughout! Room was great and beds were comfortable, we loved it as always. Breakfast was wonderful and out of all the hotels we have stayed at, this hotel had the best tasting and great selection hands down. The breakfast hours were a bit longer than most hotels also. I recommend this place to anyone in the area that wants a safe, good night sleep with family. Staff, cleanliness, convenience, comfort, safety is all 5 out of 5 stars in my opinion!"

"Everything is just like the pictures but maybe even better. The beds were super comfy, the space between all bedrooms were perfect! The neighborhood is nice and its close to the main highway 75. Would def consider staying again."

"Yosa will not respond to messages and will take questions that you may have while staying there as "complaining". Our stay was not a home away from home stay, there was no heat in the living room and kitchen area and bedroom in that section of the house. The bedrooms on the other end of the house gets hot while the other end is cold. Two days later after I kept mentioning the heat, she had someone bring over a brand-new space heater but did not work. She said she was going to replace it the next day but did not. I was going to ask the lady about other things, however, she could not speak English. The guest bathroom shower - the water does not get hot and the bottom of the shower tile are full of grime. Her dishwasher does not work. I asked her if her dishwasher works (listed on the property) and she would not respond. We had an incident with co-tenant two nights prior to check out and this incident was beyond a nightmare!! I did not feel safe in her place, so I left a day prior to my check out, had to pay for unexpected expenses (had gotten UBER an hour away and also had to pay for a hotel overnight for the last night). I dealt with the situation my entire day - keep in mind last day of my vacation!! The next day while dealing with VRBO and speaking with Yosa, she completely will lie to you and she will tell VRBO that she will work with the host but when she talks to you, she will lie. She told me directly, "my family will not reimburse you because we work together" "
