"Clean & quaint"

"General manger was very responsive to all questions and issues. Regular employees were ok, but not as good as property manager. They no longer do full Continental breakfast, just croissants, yogurt and fruit, so that was a bit disappointing."

"Staff were great and we were upgraded to a room with a full kitchen. The property was great but our room was outdated in comparison to others we went in with family members. The amenities were great, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot. The AC unit ran through the window so the window was not able to full shut. This caused for an uneasy night as we were two female travelers but we were safe and had no issues."

"The pictures are false advertisement. The place is not well maintained cleanliness overall is poor. Once we came back to our room for the night pulled blankets back and sheet had blood stains. We went to front desk to request cleaning bedding they brought it over, but then we were told that we would have to takeoff and redo all the bedding on the bed. They had no one to service it. At that point, I was not able to sleep very well was very concerned again about the whole cleanness. Of the place"

"The staff was helpful in providing me with a 2 hour complimentary early check in, but the person at the desk was very hard to communicate with, and also seemed a little sullen and depressed, making communication even more difficult."

"Polished & Constructive The property has a lot of charm, and I’ve enjoyed staying here in the past—particularly in the suite—but this recent visit was disappointing. The bungalow rooms are in serious need of an upgrade. The bathroom, in particular, was difficult to use (the shower setup felt cramped and outdated), and the room had a noticeable musty smell. Another major issue is the noise—walls are extremely thin, making it easy to hear everything from neighboring rooms unless you’re in a more secluded (and pricier) unit. Service was also underwhelming. The front desk staff came across as somewhat disengaged and not especially solution-oriented. For example, when the property’s ice machine broke, the response was more dismissive than helpful, and basic alternatives weren’t proactively offered. I really loved my stay back in 2021, but this time around, the experience didn’t justify the price. Without some meaningful updates and improvements, I’d be hesitant to return."
