"Property location was close to downtown and eateries .. Nice furniture and bedding. Nice kitchen..lots of towels. Soap and shampoo. Shower very clean. Great TV.. Negative.. but they did say would fix.. AIr Conditioner pipe had a leak in it.. There was a portable one that worked well. Clean except floor needed to be washed in kitchen and bathroom. I think last visitor had walked in black stone. Not apparent until you walked barefoot. Will go back again. "

"The Heywood Hotel is located in close proximity to almost everything. There are so many wonderful restaurants nearby along East Cesar Chavez Street and East 6th Street. We also enjoyed shopping and eating on South Congress. The staff was very helpful to us. It was nice to be able to park and the walk to your room is a very short distance. We also took the Austin City Limits theatre tour which was very enjoyable. We chose the Heywood mainly for its close proximity of the Malin meeting...

"This property was so clean and nice! The host was very communicative and the location was perfect for anyone wanting to visit downtown Austin! We felt safe walking the dogs outside at night and didn’t hear a peep from neighbors! We would absolutely recommend this place and will stay again if we find ourselves back in Austin! "
