"Conveniently close to downtown but didn't hear much "city" noise."

"We received the wrong room, after I had booked a specific room for my birthday. Then the room we got had dust bunnies all over the floor and the bathtub had faulty hardware that made the shower stay on with the tub water. The tub took about 10 min to get warm."

"Just a perfect place to base ourselves for 3 nights. Super comfortable beds, good size room and super helpful staff, The area is full of history and a short stroll to the shopping and dining district . Off street parking was a bonus as was the breakfast. Would definitely stay again"

"Clean room nice breakfast"

"This was my first time staying at this facility. Getting the key using a code texted to me was hassle free. The room overall was pretty clean/nice. The shower head and pressure was great!! Always a big plus! The bed and pillows were too firm for my liking but I made due. I like where it is located on Monroe Ave. Wifi was easy to access. The heated toilet seat was a bit weird to me, so I turned it off. LOL :P All in all the hotel was better than I expected."

Susan at the front desk was friendly and extremely helpful. She was the most cheerful person at the hotel and answered every question I could come up with! What an awesome customer service attitude!"

Install fans in the workout room, at least two in the corners by the pool window facing the treadmills and eliptical. Electrical already exists there. Should be a low cost, high...

"Staff great Food fine Parking good Room carpet stained and needs to be shampooed. That was a turnoff"

"This is an apartment hotel which is great for a family traveling together because everyone can stay in the same unit. The place is large enough for 4 related people, with extra room for watching TV, doing work, etc. The place had clearly been remodeled recently. The lobby and breakfast area looked especially new. We found the location very convenient for attending an event at RIT, and the hotel was in close proximity to many restaurants, markets, and other services. Of course, this is a...
