"I accident left my closet full of designer items, some with tags still attached. A person called and advised we had accidentally left them and gave instructions how we could have them shipped. We called the shipping center and spoke back with this hotel and advised them to drop off at the package center. A week later they have not been dropped off and so I called the hotel to follow up. I was advised they don't know who was going to do that but they all thought my clothes were really nice things, so pretty and some even had price tags still attached. We all just loved your taste in clothes and “did you know you left your glasses in A coat pocket?”. Supposedly the person they think was handling this matter had a death in the family 5 days ago, they aren’t sure. Staff person doesn’t even know where my designer clothes are currently. No really sure what to think at this point."

" This hotel needs some major room updates. For the price you pay, the rooms are just outdated. What i saw in the pictures for our room is not what we got. We booked an ocean front only to see the palm trees out our balcony instead of the ocean. Don"

"Immediately upon entering the condo we saw dirt on the floor that looks like it is coming from the folding doors on the left. In this utility closet we can't tell if there is black mold or just years of accumulated dirt. The windows, blinds, and sliding glass doors are dirty. When we went to use the cookware the first night we found that many of them were dirty. The kitchen faucet is loose and feels like it is about to fall off. The drawer next to the refrigerator only opens a few inches before it hits the refrigerator. The stove is in poor shape and should be replaced. The cabinets in the kitchen are in need of repair. The ceiling shows signs of water leeks that have been repaired but not repainted and the attic access panel has paint chips missing. The bottom edge of the closet door in the master bath and the clothes rod in the closet is rusted also there are no hangers. The grout in both bathrooms is dirty and the calking for both bathtub/shower units is failing. All the light fixtures that have clear globes are dirty. All the rugs throughout the unit are dirty and stained. The lighting by the couch is poor, we informed the owner and he sent a table lamp over but there is no table to put it on. The unit faces north and does not receive any sunlight. The only view you have from the unit is other condos."

"Very clean and well maintained - both unit as well as the entire property. Excellent communication with the owner and made us feel very welcome and right at home. Others on the property we very friendly as well. While it was cool a couple of days we enjoyed getting out and walking a significant distance on the beach. Definitely would enjoy staying in the same unit again the next time we are on SSI. "

"This was a perfect little place for a winter vacation. First off, it's pet friendly and well maintained. They have a great ipen area with grills and allows room for pet's to roam around and kids to play. There is a path that lead tocthe beach. The people on property were super friendly amd we felt very safe during our stay. Definitely planning on coming back!"
