"This is my first time ever I felt very disappointed about the booking via hotel.com due to the following reasons 1. The photos shown on the hotel.com vs the real life experience was of a big difference. Very poor. The swimming poor is too small. The entire house is too compressed. 2. The premise could not be located by GPS properly. The path to the premise is not fit for 8-seated vehicle. It’s too dangerous for the big car to drive thru. "今回は祖父母含む家族８人で宿泊させてもらいました。 一軒家プール付きで、子供達は周りを気にする事なく景色の良いプールを満喫できました。 また、近くにイオンビッグがあり小さい子連れでも買い物にも困らず過ごす事ができました。 空港からは少し距離がありますが、静かでのんびり過ごすには良かったです。 残念な点は、１日目シャワーの水圧が弱すぎて洗髪もままならず全員入浴に苦労しました。翌日に管理の方に話をするとすぐに対応していただき水圧は十分なほどになりましたが、できれば宿泊前に点検してもらえていれば大変な思いをすることなく快適に過ごせたのかなと思います。 また機会があれば宿泊させてもらいたいと思います。お世話になりました。"

"家族で利用しました。 ゴキブリ，ヤモリ，床の隅には蟻の行列が室内で見られ、普段虫のいない地域で生活しているので正直びっくりしました。 沖縄は虫が沢山出るとネットにも書いてあったので，割り切って虫は仕方ないかと思った矢先，天井のエアコンフィルターは埃で真っ黒、キッチンの換気扇も開けてみたらカビと埃で真っ黒，寝室に行ってみればベットの頭もとは埃で真っ白で，アレルギーもちだったせいかここ１週間ずっと体調不良です。 楽しみにしていたヴィラの宿泊も一気に早く帰りたくなりました。"
