"The room was excellent. The one elevator could have had a little more attention. The front elevator was down. Two seperate guests told us that 'it is always down'. One man said he is there 2 to 3 nights a week and it is always out of order. That would be unacceptable to us if we came back. The staff were wonderful. Front desk, the food area in the evening & morning and the housekeeper we saw.
The beds were comfortable and rooms clean. I wish we had a Drury everywhere we go!"
"We had a wonderful stay at Drury Inn! Cameron and Star were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make our weekend enjoyable. There were two large school/sports groups staying at the hotel, and they noticed we were traveling without kids and went out of their way to place us on a different floor so we could enjoy a quieter weekend.
That extra thoughtfulness and attention to detail really stood out to us. Cameron and Star were so accommodating and made us feel truly valued as guests....
