There is an available bathroom and he’s working on showers at the tiny house There are amazing rocks to collect on the river too ! "We have been renting homes in the Fairlee area for 15 years for our annual family July 4th gathering, and nothing comes close to the outstanding stay we had this year. This home was amazing! Extremely spacious with several well appointed bedrooms and common spaces, beautifully decorated "modern meets cabin life" - love the hanging chair in the living room - comfortable with central air, super fun game room in the lower level complete with a pool table. All new appliances to make your home away from home functional - dishwasher, laundry washer and dryer, etc. And then there was the outdoor amenities: basketball/volleyball court was a literal game changer - everyone got involved for some friendly competition every night (outdoor lights made this possible!); the hot tub was fabulous; lots of comfortable outdoor couches and seating (made quiet morning coffee time even better) all on beautiful well kept grounds...made this stay phenomenal. Thank you Inna and family and workers for everything you did to make our family vacation and memories a dream! Looking forward to next year!"

"We have been coming to this property for years and can't say enough great things about it. Eric is a wonderful host and so helpful to guests. It's exactly as advertised. A rustic treehouse right on the river, you bring whatever supplies you need. This is not glamping, it's real camping, and it's such a wonderful camping experience. Our kid absolutely loves the treehouse and my husband and I sent up a tent nearby. Having a fire pit right on the river is wonderful. The river has great spots for dunking, and we always catch great brook trout here. Close to a store and cell service (5mins) but still feels so secluded when you're there. I've been spending my summers on this river for my entire life. So nice to have a place to bring my children to enjoy it. "
