"The reviews about the friendly staff were correct with one exception. There was no info sheet in the room with such things as pool hours, breakfast buffet hours, TV channel list etc as I am used to. No pen, no nothing! The evening desk clerk told me that he told me upon check-in what the breakfast hours were. I held my temper and asked what time breakfast was. I said no Information sheet in the rooms? He said not anymore. Not anymore????"

"Not only was the water from the shower head going in ever direction because it was so gross from lack of cleaning, but there were 2 cockroaches found in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable, but since the bathroom was not clean I would have to question the cleanliness of the beds. I'm just glad this was a one night layover or I would have sought another place to sleep! I can't say too much for the staff as we only spoke with the front desk girl who was nice enough. Seriously, I'm not sure...
