"Totally disgusting ! The carpet was so dirty that in the morning we were taking a shower and dirt just started coming off . The bottom of our feet were totally black . We had to stand on towels and then wear shoes. Couch was dirty and was afraid to sit on it . The hair dryer didn't work , the coffee was the cheapest i've seen and they had no sugar or sweetener The pictures make it look great but it's a huge apartment complex and it's very difficult getting to the room and the parking garage"

"Hot tub was out of commission. We upgraded and it was totally worth it. Got a small kitchenette and a private patio as well. Staff including housekeeping were very helpful. A bit more eye contact w the reception staff would be better. I def would stay there again. Close to all we wanted to see."

"Good"

"Hotel was clean, updated, big rooms, comfy bed, and quiet rooms. The staff was amazing and helpful. Restaurant attached was not very good and way over priced. The shower was nice but the water wouldn’t get very hot."

"We really enjoyed our stay!"

"Perfect for parents weekend at BSU"

"Great location. The parking garage was full a few times for self parking so we had to use another lot; this was a huge inconvenience. We saw many spots open for valet in the parking garage but not enough space for self parking? The beds and pillows are comfortable and the room was clean. I would say there was no wow factor for me. I stay at a lot of nice hotels and it was nice but just ok for the price. We won't stay here again because there are many other hotels in the same area for us to try...

"Great."

"My room was TINY. I haven’t had a hotel room this small since I was in Japan 14 years ago. There was a bed and barely enough room to walk around it. There is a counter/desk in the corner that gets full pretty quick. The coffee maker, mugs, etc are jammed into two drawers - it’s not easy to pry the coffee maker out. No dresser or drawers for clothes. I felt like I was living on a boat. The AC doesn’t work so well (surprising given the few square feet it needs to cool) and they provide a fan....

"Great stay! Staff was very good."

"The staff was very friendly. The property is nice and well maintained. It's in a good location with easy access to downtown. The room was clean and for the most part comfortable. The main bed was comfortable, but the pull-out couch is unusable as it was thin, and you could feel the springs. AC worked well. It can be a bit noisy from trucks and motorcycles."

"Very clean room, good breakfast, and helpful staff. Large room allows family Stay together and airport shuttle makes travel flex."
