Hotel Caravelle St. Croix

"Stayed for 4 days. Staff incredibly nice and helpful. Room and bathroom was spacious, could have used a better water pressure in shower but water was hot so still good. Beds super comfortable. Pool area is small but very cute, pool itself very clean and relaxing, for some reason almost no one went in so we had the pool to ourselves. Hotel is a 5 minute walk to the ferry, which is a two minute ride to key beach which was awesome. Very centrally located. Rooms facing the pool were bigger than the others. Only negative was housekeeping did not come to my room even though I checked the box for them to come, they did clean my friend’s room so maybe it slipped through the cracks. I would definitely stay again."

"Even before we arrived, we already felt so welcomed. We were greeted in the parking lot and helped with our luggage. Check-in was very quick and smooth. They took our luggage to our room and showed us how everything worked and where everything was located. The hotel smelled absolutely amazing—everything felt so fresh and inviting. It was also very peaceful and quiet, which was exactly what we were looking for. The hotel was very clean, the hospitality was wonderful, and the décor was beautiful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if we return to St. Croix!"

"The toilet in our room was broken. The screw was broken so it couldn't be tightened back up. It moved and pinched my leg. I asked to have it replaced, but that never happened. The phones did not work so there was no way to reach the staff when needed. I felt that they might be able to move seaweed at the beach area daily in a spot so that the tenants could get to it. My favorite staff was the activities directors. Shawn and Alicia were great! Bartenders were fun! Food was limited for breakfast and lunch. People don't really know that they can get more cooked for them until it is accidentally found. They need friendlier staff checking you in. Need better directions of the amenities and such. Overall, it was not an awful place to be at."

"We had an amazing stay at Polaris Pointe in St. Croix! The home was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The location was perfect for enjoying the island, and the views were absolutely stunning. We especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the thoughtful touches throughout the house that made it feel like a home away from home.Roosevelt was responsive, welcoming, and made the entire experience seamless from booking through checkout. We would highly recommend Polaris Pointe to anyone visiting St. Croix and would love to stay here again on a future trip!"

"This property is absolutely gorgeous and beautifully decorated with incredible attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property managers were fantastic—friendly, responsive, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.The kids had an amazing time enjoying the pool and making s’mores around the fire pit each evening. We also loved kayaking right from the dock, which made for such a fun and relaxing way to enjoy the ocean. The thoughtful welcome gift basket waiting for us upon arrival was such a nice touch and made us feel right at home.We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable vacation! We will definitely be back!"
