"We stayed at the Shoreham prior to the pandemic. Although we loved the hotel, the rooms were in need of updating. I’m happy to report that the hotel has gone through a remodel and the room are much improved. The hotel is located in Woodley Park which is a more residential area. But, it's a short metro ride (or about a 4 mile walk) to the mall. Plus, there are many restaurants close by. We love Open City for breakfast. The hotel itself is beautiful. It’s a throw back to days gone by and it’s particularly beautiful during the holiday season. I highly recommend the Omni Shoreham. "

"this is typical downtown dc so you find your own public parking garage nearby, and all food comes from surrounding restaurants. but the value was good for a downtown venue. "
