"This motel is a great value for the pricey area of its location. The room was quiet and clean, but ventilation was poor and the floor felt damp, particularly after our showers. No amenities (shampoo, facial tissue) were provided, and coffee was available only in the lobby. The beds were comfortable, but housekeeping came only once in the 4 days we stayed. There was lingering smell of tobacco smoke in the hallways."

"When we got to the room, it was not serviced. Smelled smoke even though it was non-smirking room. I went to the front desk immediately & we got a new room. "nice spot with a spectacular view from the 7th floor. free water, coffee and snacks on the floor were key between busy spaces. had only coffee from the in-house eatery, and it was also very good. walkable in one direction to a sizable park with trails or toward cafes, bars etc. convenient to everywhere, including Reagan airport. parking is pricey but very secure. would stay again. thanks!"
