Location was very good and every monument was within the vicinity. We stayed there for 2 nights and overall it was a pleasant stay. They even arranged for a microwave at our request.
This is a lovely hotel in a stellar location. Staff are friendly and helpful. The work out room suffered from non working machines but other than that it was a great experience
Housecleaning didn’t clean my room the first night then didn’t replace the water or position the pillows right
Otherwise the room was very comfortable and the staff was friendly. I was the only one eating in their restaurant but the food was good.
I really appreciated how wonderful the staff is at this hotel. I had a great experience with a nice sized room. It’s very quiet which I enjoyed for sleeping. I loved the little extra room where I could work. I rate this very highly and I’ve stayed at quite a few in the surrounding area. They have a limited menu, but what I did have was good.

Very kind and courteous staff! Beautiful amenities as well.
It was the worse place I’ve ever been. I spent days trying to contact the property, they never responded. I called them several times, and when they finally answered, they were extremely rude and not helpful.
In the room, the bed and the bathroom were both dirty. It was a warm weekend going up to 87°F and the AC instead of cooling the room down it was making it HOTTER! Worst place I’ve ever stayed in DC. I do not recommend.
Great location, nice rooms though some of the furnishings have seen better days. The check-in was easy and the desk attendant was helpful. Elevators were fast. There was free coffee in the lobby in the lobby in the mornings and hot apple cider in the afternoon. There was only one thing I really didn't like - the barn door on the bathroom. It was hard to close and left a large gap between the door and the wall, so it didn't do anything to keep sound or light from the bedroom. Might as well not even have a door.

I had a wonderful stay at The Churchill Hotel near Embassy Row in Washington, DC. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with a small refrigerator, which was very convenient. A lovely touch was the complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival—it immediately made the experience feel warm and welcoming.
The staff truly stood out. Everyone I encountered was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful in navigating the city, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
The on-site restaurant is definitely worth visiting—the breakfast was delicious, and the décor throughout the hotel is absolutely stunning. It really adds to the overall charm and elegance of the space.
The only downside is parking. The hotel’s parking is $70 per day, and street parking in the area is quite challenging. I ended up parking at the Hilton across the street for $55 per day, which was a bit more manageable.
Overall, I would absolutely stay here again. Between the beautiful accommodations, excellent service, and great location, it was a fantastic experience.
I had overall a great stay at this place. The staff was kind. The room was good. I think the room could have been better cleaned. Some visible stains in the bathroom. Overall, this hotel is a nice, affordable spot located in a great place in the city. Will have to come back when visiting DC again.
