"The property itself if gorgeous. Millions of hand placed stones make retaining wall after tiered retaingwall up to the A Frame. Each teir is fun to explore and relax at. The property has a nice large fire pit are and the hot tub is in an ideal location for viewing the "

"We had an amazing time staying in this beautiful home. Communication and pre-trip information was outstanding, and the house was exactly as described. We didn’t even need to leave the property, we had everything we needed right there. Loved seeing a wild turkey and a baby deer with its mama, and the view from the kitchen and dining area was so serene. We would definitely stay here again!"

"It was a perfect spot for a couple of days to get away and relax. It rained most of the time but was still able to enjoy the hot tub. We’ll definitely have to come back some time to enjoy the views when it’s not so foggy."

"I greatly enjoyed my stay here. My girlfriend and I celebrated our anniversary and this was a perfect setting. The location is ideal for taking the metro to Washington and is also close to many other attractions such as Great Falls Park and the Pentagon City Mall. The hosts were very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this cozy tiny cabin."

"Cozy home with everything you need to prepare meals and relax. The hot tub and fire pit were great! The home is well maintained and pet friendly. There is Wildlife to watch in the yard (deer, squirrels and woodpeckers). Convient to downtown Harpers Ferry (20min).Overall, We recommend the Cozy Bear for a relaxed stay."

"The Loft at Jackson Lake exceeded every expectation! Doug and Vicki are fantastic hosts and they’ve built a wonderful property at a really unique setting within the Washington DC area. You will instantly be able to relax in this quiet and well appointed unit. Wonderful outdoor space right on the lake with great views of the water and all the wildlife.
