"They had no plates for breakfast. They said they ran out of plates because people were taking them to their rooms. I recommend having paper plates as backup. Everyone had to use little sauce bowls to eat they breakfast which doesn’t fit items like waffles etc. The property is very new and clean but they need additional staff, better management. The parking is criminal. Many open spots but they make you pay $10 a night and even after registering my vehicle and paying via the QR code, I still got a card on my truck in the morning saying my truck wasn’t registered lol. Ridiculous. It’s a shame because it’s a super clean and nice place but the plate and parking situation was unacceptable. I’m not a complainer, really takes some outrageous stuff to tick me off. Feee breakfast with no plates to eat it is pretty wild. Parking is a scam. "

"Room was good except for trying to get into the room and the side door of the hotel because the key card didn’t work most of the time. Room was clean. Staff were friendly. We didn’t use the gym or laundry."

"The home needs a solid refresh. The work done to repair the issues in the house shows as poor work. Doors don't work, lights don't work, paint jobs show the hole or damage to the wall. The bathrooms are not functional. You have no place to safely put a toothbrush or other toiletries down. The downstairs closet needs to be repaired, the basement is cold and the small space heater is inadequate. Not. One picture hung on the walls are square or level. The couch needs to be cleaned. The cheap kitchen table and chairs need to be replaced. I would not recommend staying there."

"We drove 8 hours and when we arrived they were still cleaning the townhome even though it was past check in. So we left and did some grocery shopping. When we came back the dishes in the cabinet were filthy like they have not been washed. So we had to re wash all the dishes before use. The couch was broken and they did come and replace it in a timely matter. The grill was busted as well which was also replaced. We mentioned to management that downstairs there was an abundance of dead bugs. Everytime we went to do a laundry there was a dead cricket. We were told it’s common. Well I mean I don’t think dead bugs in a home should be common. There were some safety concerns as well. The fire alarm was just dangling and not even attached to the ceiling. There was an outlet outside that had no covering on it. They did eventually come and take care of those issues as well. The neighborhood is amazing. The neighbors were so friendly and welcoming to us. Overall it was a good stay. We stayed for almost 2 months. They did accommodate us and let us bring our cats which we are forever grateful for since they don’t allow cats. "
