"Nice clean, comfortable and quiet accommodations. Some of the design elements were a bit strange (no towel hooks, really high soap niche, high shower faucet. I didn’t eat at the restaurants or visit the casino. The workout room was fairly basic, but better than the average hotel gym. Overall a great experience."

"Check-in was by kiosk, speaking to a dude who was off site, while an employee was there filling cupboards with toilet paper etc. When she took over the next night, none of the keys she programmed worked. At one point during the busy graduation weekend, no one's electronic keys were working. Our room had a used towel and soap next to the sink upon arrival. Another guest complained there was a tissue with blood on the bed when she arrived. There were no amenities in the room (coffee/fridge/etc.) and no shampoo provided. Other than that it was just a dowdy old building, but the beds were perfectly fine, and the plumbing good."

"I have stayed at this hotel many times now. I always enjoy my stay because of the friendly staff, the very clean rooms, the available amenities, the location of the hotel and access to public transportation and shopping options. There is also a very nice restaurant attached to the property. I look forward to being a repeat guest again."

"Stayed for graduation weekend. When we arrived the staff was helpful and assisted us in a quick check-in process. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would like to highlight though, I stayed during the evening of 5/7 while waiting for a peer to arrive and the hotel, the evening front desk staff took a phone call from a potential customer. Hearing the front desk staff member make racist remarks and saying "learn how to speak english" was disgusting behavior towards the the individual on the phone. Witnessing this was disturbing and having the same staff members get rude with a peer because she has a small beverage in her hand to leave the area because no drinks allowed. We told him we would gladly leave the space to let him be. Just from that alone, I would not return to space like this. "
