"Wonderful stay"

"The staff was nice. The room was clean and well distributed. The Hotel was well located for the purpose of my trip"

"The room itself was nice, the staff when we had first arrived was"

"clean room, very good price and location"

"Staff was great. Parking was an extra $10 a night.Starbucks on site with breakfast options. Room was clean, but near an exterior door that banged loudly every time people came in or out. Thank goodness I packed earplugs and a noise machine."

"It was a good stay"

"The front desk person was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. Management did intervene and tried to accommodate me with, what they claim was Expedia's fault due to I book with them and not directly with the hotel. The issue was I booked and paid for an upper level room with a balcony and was given a standard room on the 2nd floor. I was then (after complaining) given a standard room on the 5th floor and that was the best they could do. No discounts, no comps, no credits. Not even...

"Did not like you had to pay $25.00 For early check in."

"I was in town for a wedding at the property. Everything was beautiful and well maintained. The staff was very helpful and friendly"

"We love the Holiday Inn. Rooms are clean and cozy. The free morning breakfast is amazing and actually tasteful. ONE THING I don’t like are how expensive the snacks are in the snack area. A cup of noodle was $4 when they’re .99c at the grocery store, and that is just one of many high priced snacks and beverages! So bring your own snacks!"

"Great location, big room. Gorgeous."

"rooms dont feel private at all, nice property if you dont care about this, nice sauna but you have to book it and pay extra, which is cringe, food is ok, staff is mostly good"
