"Great location! Parking was $35 a night which isn't bad for the area and very convenient."

"For the cost of the hotel, we were pretty disappointed. We expected better service throughout the weekend I had called 3x to confirm that a crib will be in our room upon our arrival as we were going to be there close to our son’s bedtime. I called to confirm on our way to the hotel as well, and they said it was already there. Going to our room, it was not and it took close to an hour to get one, throwing our sons entire bedtime off. Later that evening, I asked front desk for a blanket I could sit outside with. They said they would bring it out, over an hour later and a few follow ups no one showed up. I had also asked someone to turn the fire pit on so I could enjoy sitting outside, and again no one assisted. Overall, it was a pleasant weekend but we were disappointed in the service."

"Hotel was beautiful! Location was prime. Weather was pouring rain for our stay so not great. Meredith the Concierge worked wonders getting us a reservation to our top pick for restaurants 22 Bowen. It did not disappoint! We used the hotel’s large gym before an amazing dinner. Free WiFi required a bonvoy membership (which is free) but slightly annoying."

"Property is a great location and the room was amazing. Only comments I had was when we checked in there was a half coffee left in the room that we threw out. Additionally, for the price there should be eggs and breakfast sausage or something for the breakfast. There were catering pans set up but nothing in them when we got there at the 7 am breakfast time. The coffee was not set up either as we had to go to the lobby for it. I’m generally not that picky but for the price of this hotel one would expect more. The staff was courteous."
