Search Vacation Homes in East Hanover

"Booked somewhat last minute. There initially was communication from the host about how many guests were staying in the place. After providing that information I asked about check in process. I received no response until I contacted vrbo customer support. Property manager gave me a different address than the one that was in the confirmation email. He said that was the office address. One of the reasons we picked the property was because of the advertised location. We never saw pictures of this...

"Never got access info from owner, property address didn't exist. Complete disappointment. Called Vrbo and they tried to help but "host", when he finally called us, said they didn't have water and tried to foist off a lesser property on us. I'd like a refund. Incredibly awful experience to be stranded in a strange city like that. I do not recommend it."
