"Lovely bright, new, modern condo, exactly as advertised. Area was very handy to groceries and restaurants. Recommend that you go to Dilly Dally cafe at least once. Check-in was a breeze. We were there for the Blue Nose marathon and the place is closed to the start line. Most sites were in walking distance. Check out the beautiful murals on the sides of the buildings along the street."

"The property is described as stunning. It is NOT. It is very basic. Furniture old and only chair actually had springs hanging down to floor. Ventilation vents in bathrooms had not been cleaned in months if not years. We removed them and cleaned them. Also filters in window air conditioners were filthy. Condo had been spot cleaned as in normal housework but windows, window casements, baseboards, corners, closets etc. not maintained. Air conditioners are just window ones and did not work well and...

The building and the apartment itself are beautiful. Walkable to the lovely shops and restaurants in the North End, as well as downtown. We would have gladly stayed longer. Highly recommend!"
