Front desk can be more professional, staff speak little to no english, couldn't find my booking from Hotels.com and no breakfast as shown on Hotels.com. But everything from the room, the location and services are all SUPER NICE. Bed is kinda firm but hey it's China."

"The entrance was a bit hard to find and not much going on on that street. The hotel itself was nice and clean, the staff was friendly and efficient. The intercom number to the front desk was not marked anywhere in the room, be sure to ask when you check in to save a trip down the lobby in case if you might need anything. Oh and there was no lock on the bathroom and shower."
