"The restaurant and garden are nice and the service was good. Good selection on the menu, including vegetarian and vegan. The food was very good. Unfortunately the accommodation is extremely tired and is in desperate need of updating / painting. I have been generous with 3 stars as we ate in the restaurant both in the evening and morning. If you are looking for a place to eat which is dog friendly this is perfect."

"Pros: Staff were lovely and it was excellent value for money. Rooms great for price point and food very good. Cons: Looks a little untidy externally and the breakfast offering was a little confusing if you hadn't already booked."
